The kids club was great and the staff was very kind. The pools were great, The food options were quite limited throughout the day. Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM, and there is only one location available for breakfast, which makes it feel restricted.
There is a food truck on-site, but the offerings are mostly geared toward kids, lacking variety and not particularly healthy. In other places we’ve stayed, there is usually a fruit buffet available all day, along with a café-style area offering pastries and light bites. Here, there is no easy access to fresh fruit or a selection of pastries during the day.
Around 4 PM, if you want to sit and have something small with a drink, the only option available is cookies, with no real variety. Overall, the lack of food options and variety makes the experience feel less pampering and less enjoyable.
Additionally, there are no waiters providing service around the property, no room service available, and no bar on the beach, which further takes away from the overall experience.
On a positive note, the restaurants at the hotel were good. In summary, it’s a good place for children, and the kids’ club is excellent. For adults, however, it lacks indulgence, especially when it comes to food options.
