The villa is located in a Caribbean/tropical area surrounded by jungle, and although we have implemented measures to minimize the number of insects and reptiles around the property, you will still occasionally encounter mosquitoes, geckos, spiders, moths, and cockroaches. We also occasionally experience water or power outages due to area-wide outages or weather conditions.

If you would like the outdoor jacuzzi filled before your arrival and/or to use the laundry facilities and/or remove pool equipment, please let us know 48 hours in advance and we will be happy to assist you.

**The outdoor terrace is very slippery when wet. Please refrain from running and walk with caution.**
