“I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. The condominium is very safe, quiet, and peaceful, with good privacy despite the houses being close together. Waking up to birds singing in the morning was lovely. “Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!”

“Here is a fair and honest opinion from someone who has visited Tulum and La Veleta neighbourhood on multiple occassions. For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same.
