“Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

Amenities are amazing - there are coffee, tea and water in the lobby, the pool is good for refreshing. The location is perfect. I loved the neighborhood, there are a plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops, a farmer market every weekend. It’s easy to get to a beach and to the city center”

“Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. Thank you again for a beautiful time...
