“Fantastico, tutto perfetto location, cibo, animazione. Solo una nota negativa i lavori in corso tutto il giorno nell'area bar della piscina, sinceramente quando siamo in vacanza non si ha voglia si sentire rumori continui dalla mattina alla sera e di respirare polvere. Per questo peccato!!!”

“Un hotel muy tranquilo, en el centro de Tulum, que aunque hay bares cerca con música a un volumen fuerte, éste ruido no llega a las habitaciones. Desde mi llegada hasta mi salida, todo estuvo excelente, y más con la atención que brindan.”

“Loved the rustic look of the rooms with all the creature comforts included (AC, mini fridge, hot water, etc.). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was great, both in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs and currency exchange offices within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, very unfortunate that the sargassum kept us from the beach, but that's not the hotel's fault.”

“Amansala is very beautiful with great food. Much more unique than an all inclusive. Walk right out of your room into sand. Nice, friendly employees.”

“Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water.”

“Livello troppo basso per il prezzo troppo alto pagato. Circa 400euro a notte per una camera splendida ma molto spartana, aria condizionata solo in orari determinati, no scuri alle finestre (per fortuna avevamo le mascherine per gli occhi da viaggio), no phon, teli centellinati. Pochi comfort ricambiati però da una posizione e una vista incredibili, talmente bello che faceva dimenticare tutti i discomfort. Servizio di portineria assente. Colazione buona ma misera, le donne gentilissime ma se...

They also recommended a wonderful taxi driver, Armando, who graciously took us to each excursion and offered expert advice to help us enjoy as much as possible :) Edgar, Enrique, and Sergio at the front desk were always ready to chat and help if needed. Not to mention our incredible, peaceful ocean view suite! Thank you, MDM!!”
