“We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as the address didn’t take us to the exact location, but that was quickly worked out. “This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. She was timely with her communication and was very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend!!!”

“Villa Marlin is a great complex. The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable. Our stay was short but overall great!”

"Stanza comoda, cibo buono con diverse opzioni e ottima formula all inclusive, buoni anche gli orari dei servizi. In generale quello che non ci è piaciuto per niente è stata la scarsa comunicazione: All'arrivo in aeroporto, nonostante avessimo mandato diverse mail per provare a comunicare con la struttura per il servizio navetta non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta, inoltre quando arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo chiamato l'hotel e ci hanno detto di non poter aiutarci ne di saper indicarci delle soluzioni alternative ne prezzi. Expedia nelle domande frequenti assicura che l'hotel offra servizio navetta ma la struttura dice di no. La piscina che appare sempre in primo piano su expedia è fuorviante perchè non inclusa ma piccola piscina privata di stanza hotel. Al check in non ci è stata data nessuna informazione sulla mappa dell'hotel, ne su tutti i servizi che ci spettavano ne alle attività e orari della struttura. Il giorno prima il check out abbiamo provato a chiedere alla struttura di chiamarci un taxi o consigliarci come andare in aeroporto ci è stato detto che la struttura non ha quel tipo di servizio, nonostante su expedia si affermi il contrario. Una sera al ristorante ci hanno fatto aspettare molto tempo e sono stati scortesi durante le ordinazioni. Ci siamo comunque riusciti a rilassare e a godere il soggiorno ma non credo che ci torneremo"
