La cucina è completamente attrezzata con utensili, elettrodomestici e stoviglie tra cui bicchieri margarita messicani soffiati a mano! La sala da pranzo adiacente ha 8 posti a sedere e un bellissimo lampadario in ferro messicano come punto focale. The view from the Villa was amazing! Everything you may need as far as groceries is in walking distance, very spacious, inside the villa also has everything you need , The host was very attentive and responded soon. We had a last minute family member that lives in Cancun, my dad had not seen his cousin in over 35 years and that day was his birthday, since the villa is so safe with security , I called Linda and she was able to arrange for our reunion. Thank you so much.

Outstanding property. Excellent communication with the host and prompt check-in, even though our flight was delayed 3 hours. The condo is beach front, with an unobstructed ocean view. The layout of this unit has the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs, which we found quite convenient. Very good location withon the development. Kukulkan Plaza is just across the street for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Our family had a most enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Linda, the host, responded to any inquiries I had promptly. Her place is as lovely as the pictures show, right on the beach, and on the bus line. The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on. The kitchen cupboards were filled filled with everything you could possibly need. I would very much enjoy visiting Linda‘s place in the future!

I booked this 3 br as part of celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the 3 king beds as we are a 6 foot tall family. We cooked about half of the time and were pleased w the kitchen facilites. The dining room with a sea view found us around the table together for most of our meals.A few steps from the condo and we were poolside. A few more and our toes were in the sand and Caribbean Sea!We found the security staff, lifeguards and on-site bar delightful. We were searching for a smaller and quieter stay than what is available at the chain hotels and resorts of the Hotel Zone. Access to those places were just a bus stop or ride away. We chose to remain in the peace and quiet of complex and loved every minute of it. Linda was a gracious host and answered the inquiries we made both before and after arrival. Highly recommend and we plan to return!

Great place and location

This condo is in a great location and is very nice. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will stay again if we go back to Cancun with our family.

The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with.

Relaxing Stay

Wonderful location and plenty of room for everyone

This place is so convenient to the grocery store and mall as well as restaurants. The pool is directly behind the condo and the beach right behind it. We can’t wait to return.

The place is even better than the pictures! Linda was very responsive. The location is centrally located to everything you need! The grocery store in the mall across the street is just a 3 minute walk, pharmacy and convenience store 2 minutes away. Excellent restaurants ! Linda provided great recommendations! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Place

We brought our 2 teenage boys here for Spring Break this year, and had a great time! The condo was very clean, and in a great location in the hotel zone. The host, Linda, was a pleasure to work with, and offered some wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to go. If we ever come back to Mexico, we will definitely be staying here at Villas Marlin.

Great location with a beautiful view

This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close.

Excellent Stay

Not necessary to repeat what positives others have to say about the property - we agree with them. We have been staying in Cancun for over 15 years and know the area well. This property is uniquely placed for all our needs in easy walking distance!Highly recommend for anyone staying in the hotel zone! Linda was also very prompt with any questions we had even though it was a busy time for her.

Best Location Ever!

From start to finish my communication with Linda was amazing, she was so on top of things and answered all my questions and concerns. We had a wonderful time and made some great family memories in Cancun. Your villa was perfect for us and I'm so glad I chose you. I couldn't imagine a better location for the price. Great Vacation!

My family and friends greatly enjoyed our vacation in Cancun. The villa was quaint and peaceful and in perfect location to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Linda was amazing in providing us recommendations and arranging excursions and transportation. Any questions we had she answered promptly and made our trip worry free. Relaxing Summer Cancún visit

Villas Marlín is a much beloved older property in a secure section of the Playa Hotelera strip of Cancún. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, right on the R-2 bus line. The staff are friendly and efficient. The beach is just beyond the well-maintained pools. Plenty of room to enjoy both, and easy to book day trips with pickup/drop off at the security gate.

Great Location

Location is great the unit was very clean and was as expected. The property in general is very old and needs repair and updating. The snack bar has great food and is a nice amenity.

Great visit - loved the condo!

The condo has a great location, both to the pool and beach, but also to the mall. We walked across the street every day to the Soriana grocery store....or down the street to places to each. The beach is fantastic, and the pool area beautiful. The refridgerator went out before we arrived, but the owner made arrangements quickly.

Do yourself a favor and stay here!

I wish I could give this rental more than 5 stars. It was perfect! The pool and beach access was so convenient and not crowded. The rental is also well stocked and Linda is the best and most helpful host I’ve ever had. She helped us throughout our trip and had great recommendations for things to do and services in the area. It was a great home base for our trip, 10/10 would recommend.

Great time in Cancun

This property is overlooking an amazing pool and has a great ocean view! We particularly liked waking up to the sound of the ocean and a cup of coffee on our deck. The villa is just steps from the ocean and is well maintained. The villa is secure and spacious - with a grocery store across the street. Our host, Linda, was terrific - she always responded to our questions (almost immediately) and made sure we had a terrific stay!
