“Good not great. The food was overall high quality, but it did get slightly old after a few breakfasts/lunches. The rooms have evidence that they once were top-of-the-line but have since fallen out of vogue. Not an unenjoyable stay, but there are far better resorts to spend your vacation at. We did have some phenomenal service at the restaurants and bars, with Pablo at the Mediterranean restaurant being a specific bright spot.”

“Our overall stay at this hotel was good, and the facilities and general service met our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a very serious incident. My wife’s pants were stolen from our room, and we strongly believe they were taken during housekeeping service. After we reported the issue, security and hotel staff came to inspect our room, but they were unable to provide any explanation or resolution. What was even more disappointing was that no one offered a simple apology...
