“It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”

“It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable.”

“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

“The resort was wonderful. We did a few day trips fishing and to Tulum and my family really enjoyed the freedom to have excursions as compared to an all-inclusive resort. The nearby restaurants were great and there is a supermarket within a 1/2 mile. We loved it and loved the weather.”

“The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...

Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. We have used Vacation candy for 3 or 4 years. They make it so easy. I’ll be booking our next vacation return to Cancun”
