“First off I have to say that our butler Nacho was AMAZING!! We stayed June 18th-28th with 12 family members in 6 ocean front rooms. Nacho took care of everything we needed from dinner reservations to transportation to the ferry dock for a day trip to Isla Mujeres and everything in between!! The staff and grounds are amazing! We had excellent service in the swim out pool and main pool from Paloma. Really all the service was 5 stars!! This is a relaxing resort that we’ll definitely be back to. ”

“Best all inclusive property in the area! Absolutely stunning property, amazing and caring staff, and multiple large, clean pools if the beach isn’t for you. The kids club area was a fun break from regular swimming for the kids and the lifeguards made sure everyone was safe. I have never had such a fantastic vacation! Will absolutely be back again.”

“The hotel is very good, but the week I stayed there was very short staff to provide services. The buffet food was spectacular, only on the Mexican night. The water park was excellent, the pools were excellent, the cleanliness was excellent, the room service was very good, and there were long lines at the bars.”

“Mi estancia fue excelente, el servicio de los butler's luis y alexis fue genial muy atentos, en la piscina de niños igual ever y mauricio siempre pendiente de nosotros y en el restaurant lotus el chef gerry tambien. Solo algo que señalar que no nos gusto fue que tuvieran el restaurant Barracuda de niños cerrados por la supuesta baja ocupacion del hotel eso lo vi mal porque si tienes 8 restaurant de adultos como vas a cerrar el unico que tienes para niños y otra cosa que deben mejorar es el menu...
