Staff are amazing. Go above and beyond. Levi (both) and Bladamir… at the lower bar were the best! All the staff at the restaurant were extremely attentive. Never a bad experience! Steakhouse and French restaurants, in our opinion, are the best. Italian was just ok. Buffets were ok but we are not big fan of buffets. Only options for breakfast and lunch. The biggest pain, is the daily hunt for beach and pool chairs. Ppl put stuff out really early and on many occasions never show up at all. Or they put stuff on chairs at the beach and the pool. This needs to be monitored. Also don’t think they have enough chairs for the volume of guests. Great new resort!

Great new resort with excellent staff and terrific food and beverage options. It has a large beachfront space and ample room around pools for crowd free beds and loungers. All around top notch resort.

Staff is polite and helpful. Food was good in all Restaurants except for steakhouse, we did not have good experience there. Rooms are spacious, some constructions is on going.. Rooms had musty odor, we were told it was from air conditioner. Beach is nice and sandy. Resort's landscape is beautiful.

Lobby was stunning, lobby and piano bars were excellent, food was great, except the Japanese advised shellfish allergy sat us and the chef advised all food made on same board would not separate it for us so we had to leave. Very disappointed first resort this has ever happened at. Butler Aaron was great. We originally had rooms 3117 and 3118 both smelled of sewage and caused headaches from the suffer and showers leaked and the swimup were unusable as the water was colder than the attic. Block 3000 is in the shade all day. Moved to building 4000 no sewage smells at all and no shower leaks and the swimup was a beautiful temperature and we enjoyed it all day everyday. They do need a dedicated server back there or build a bar back there. We would walk and get our own drinks from other bars or fill our bags of the lounge beer. Night shows were hit or miss. Cafe was delicious and had a lot. Tried the sports bar once for breakfast and was told they don’t do breakfast and then tried one day for lunch and were told it would be a long time before someone could take an order for us as only one guy working the bar and had 10 people asking for shots. So that was a bust. Tried the Italian restaurant for lunch and after 28 mins and trying to get a waiter to come to us to even just offer water we got up and left This hotel opened too soon if I was senior management I would be mad past the lobby it was rushed and the resort looks 10+ yrs old not elegant

Clean. Courteous staff. Mauricio the butler was attentive and helpful and helped resolve the problems we had quickly. Food choice was good and the first come first policy in most restaurants was great.

Needs some tlc to clean up paint and grouting. Staff are great, all restaurants are open but again there’s some tlc needed there also. I am sure that these minor issues will be resolved in the near future.

La chambre était très bien, bien que l’hôtel soit nouvellement ouvert (1 mois environ),la finition des installations a été précipitée, joints de céramique manquants,tuiles de céramique déjà brisées, finitions de peinture douteuses. Maria , notre concierge, était aux petits soins avec nous, c’est un actif pour ce complexe.

We stayed two weeks at Majestic Mirage and, while the property has potential, it currently does not meet five-star expectations. First impressions were underwhelming, including long waits at check-in, limited communication, and inconsistent service standards. The most noticeable issue was workmanship — despite being marketed as new, there were paint splatters, unfinished grout, cracked tiles, uneven wooden walkways, and repeated repairs during our stay, giving the resort an unfinished feel. Our oceanfront suite had a beautiful view but several functional issues, including a poorly graded shower that flooded the bathroom floor, inconsistent housekeeping, a musty smell, and minibar refills requiring repeated follow-up. Butler service was friendly but limited, and no replacement was provided on days off. Dining was inconsistent: some dishes were enjoyable, but portions were small, menus were only via QR code, and basic items were difficult to obtain. Premium liquor options were limited. Beach chairs were difficult to secure even at lower occupancy, policies were inconsistently enforced, and communication around loud events impacting guests was lacking. While the setting and some staff interactions were positive, improvements in construction quality, communication, and service consistency are needed to align with a true luxury experience.

The place was still under construction, rooms were not fully complete. we had a problem with the smell and water in the shower, bad tile job, the cabinet was falling apart, all the water went out of the shower. Once they figure things out, hopefully it will be good, however the managers still have not responded to me about the issues and it has been over a month. I have emailed, messages, still nothing. We stayed at the place with a bunch of family and friends. 19 people. Most of the rooms had a bad smell, some people switched rooms and still bad smell. They didn't offer the aromatherapy that they advertise, it wasn't available yet. Hopefully they fix the problems soon.

The beach was spectacular but the resort was still being worked on hence lots of dust and noise. The room was lovely but the mini-bar service was haphazard at best. Italian, Japanese and Mexican restaurants were great, others were disappointing. Our Concierge Derian was very helpful and made the holiday better.

This resort has a beautiful lobby area, lots of bars, friendly staff, great food and drinks, gorgeous beach. The grounds are very new and need time to grow.The rooms feel very slapped together, there was plaster and paint splatters all over, construction writing still on tiles, construction debris in the corners.we were here 1 week after grand opening and our room already had substantial water damage due to previous flooding in the shower. The room was very damp, and we ran the ac on high all week to try to alleviate this, but my clothes still ended up smelling musty. They need time to sort things out and train staff properly, wait times for food at the restaurants were substantial and our order was wrong quite a few times.. although they always corrected it and food was tasty;) Check in wasn’t seamless.. but we did arrive earlier than stated check in time after flying on the red eye, so we were pretty jet lagged.They told us they’d inform us when our room was ready, and that we would have a 2 queen room as I was travelling with my mom. They sent a message on WhatsApp saying our request was accepted.When we finally got our room at 4pm it had 1 king bed.. we were so ready to sleep we just took it after being told how long it would be to switch rooms. Entertainment crew is very new.. and seem disorganized.. it’s we quiet and pretty boring here during the day. Pool was a ghost town and very cold, weird configuration, no real main pool area. Shows at night are hit and miss.

Clean room' and entire resort was immaculate. Beach and ocean were beautiful, comfortable beach beds and lots of space. Food was all fresh and nasty Resort lacked some excitement,;could of used some better entertainment and some more options after 11pm. Great place to relax. Travelled with wife andb2 teen kids18 and 16, we all enjoyed the family time and relaxing time. Would definitely go back if they can put together more entertainment and improve the after dinner vibes

I couldn’t be more disappointed in our stay. The resort was not ready to open, the construction was not done. The rooms that were done had issue after issue. We had to move rooms 3 times. Everywhere you look there is poor craftsmanship and issues. The build quality is terrible. The restaurants often experience massive delays in getting food out to you. If I had know the resort and rooms would be in such bad condition I never would have went with my family.
