-Pools were nice but some had chunks of hair floating around in them. Pool bars were excellent but please keep the food out of the pools. One pool bar pools,with a table , had onions amongst other toppings floating around in the pool.
-Rooms were nice and clean but the beds are pretty hard.
-24 hr sports bar is very good hand out at 11pm. Excellent evening bartender with fast service
Disco club was a big thumbs down for me. It’s extremely loud in a small shoe box room with no ventilation.
- Staff were amazing in every way. Whether you’re at any of the restaurants or buffet or anywhere on the property they were very helpful .
The evening entertainment was very boring. The only fun thing that kept people around was the karaoke. Playing evening games on a screen in which you need an iPad or iPhone to play is ridiculous. People can do this at home. I know I’m not interested into this also met others on the property that were not happy as well.
-kids Club girls were great and amazing with the children. Our daughter had so much fun with the staff working at the Kids club
