“The whole hotel smells like sewage; it was a horrible experience. There is no beach, and accessing the sea is impossible. Belongings go missing, and the hotel takes no responsibility. The only good thing: they have wonderful people working there. Iberostar markets the hotel as a 5-star property, but it barely reaches a 3-star standard. I need a refund or compensation (my AirPods went missing on the hotel premises).”

“Beautiful resort! I reccomend the swim up rooms! The staff is attentive and courteous! Great food and drinks! I highly recommend!”

“Staff was lovely. Great pool. B”

“Overall had a great experience. My only concerns were some of the areas of the resort including a pool were closed for construction. I was not notified before hand. The sinks in the room would get clogged. The resort credit was useless to me. I was not able to do the hydrotherapy because apparently it had to be booked days in advance so when I went to do it it was book until the next day which we were leaving.”

“Food, pool and beach are nice”

“Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Great place”

“Bella accoglienza! Bravissima la ragazza nella reception! Speriamo che il check out sia uguale ”

“Servizio non all altezza ! All inclusive ma sempre stesso mangiare .

“We loved our stay here. Very relaxing and the staff was amazing. Food was really good and delicious.”
