“Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación, la primera no tenía la vista que pagamos, la segunda no tenía bien la ventilación y el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo , la última estaba bien pero llena de cucarachas chiquitas , era el tercer año que íbamos pero nunca más ! Además de huele horrible por el sargazo y la playa está más fea que nunca .”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest having more employees speak more fluent english. Maybe add more activities for traveler's. The food was a little over cooked. Rooms were spacious and clean.”

“Honestly, I thought that was like others 5 star, all inclusive resort, cocktails poor quality, staff mean and begging for tips even when you’re already pay your all inclusive! Swimming pool close at 7pm, should be close at least 8pm even when the sargasso issue is all over the island. Poor quality of the room ! Tv weren’t working, event during night are the worse, no disco for kids! I won’t come back even if I’ll win a raffle ! Disappointed! I wasted my money. Don’t goooooo ! Not even when...
