Hotel ecosostenibili a Centro di Cancún

“Clean room and great staff! Located right on the beach!”

“Bella accoglienza! Bravissima la ragazza nella reception! Speriamo che il check out sia uguale ”

“great views .. nice people .. amazing breakfast but i have to be honest though some staff behind the bar that knows “lil” english can be rude and ignore you .. this is my own experience but i’ll still visit again .. one monkey don’t stop no SHOW!! i really enjoyed my anniversary weekend >> 10/10”

“Camere senza terrazza e senza possibilità di aprire una finestra, ma soprattutto rumorosissimo”

“The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food .”

“Un lugar muy recomendable para tener luna de miel”

“Really good hotel”

“Very nice and clean environment”

“Un po’ fuori dal centro, ristoranti molto cari al livello degli europei di livello. Inconveniente al bar sulla spiaggia, il personale non ha mostrato/descritto i piatti sicché (eravamo in 12…) sono arrivati con 3 carrelli di pietanze per almeno 50 persone. Abbiamo respinto la pantagruelica fornitura e si sono pure lamentati che era colpa nostra.”

“Fantastic place”

“The staff were really kind, friendly, and professional! The restaurants were especially good, and we really enjoyed the food and service. The only downside was that our room wasn’t completely clean when we first checked in, and there was no toilet brush. A special shoutout to Ivan, our waiter at the Da Vinci restaurant! He was absolutely amazing, extremely professional, and provided excellent service! He really deserves recognition for his outstanding work! Overall, we had a great experience!”

“The hotel is very new and clean, but I feel like the hotel receptionist is not well trained. They could Improve their problem solving abilities.”

“Overall, a great experience and stay in Cancun! The staff are amazing, especially Santiago and Rubi (who makes amazing tacos). The room was very nice, although the jacuzzi tub creaked heavily on one side when filled so we decided against using it, and there were two small spots of mold in the shower area. The pools were very nice and clean as with all the restaurants and bars. Like I said, overall great experience and would stay here again, just some lackluster spots in the room.”

“This might be the best resort I have ever stepped in. The staff and the experience was immaculate.”

“We had a great stay. The were so attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun. Our room was cleaned everyday, well stocked with amenities and felt luxurious. Can’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for an all inclusive!”

“we enjoyed every moment!! It was a wonderful vacation, every one was frendly , good rooms very clean food restorants good, bar very good stuff was exellent.Highly recommend Riu Palace Peninsula to anyone visiting Cancun,we would love to come back again!!”
