“This property is in one of the best locations . Very beautiful resort with excellent views, private beach , easy accessibility to certain water related activities. . The staffs were welcoming, courteous and knowledgable. The rooms were ok although I wish the floor were carpeted . The beds were comfortable.
Regarding dining options , we liked the breakfast buffet . There were not much options on lunch and dinner but food was good. We could not get a dinner reservation in steak house at Havana...

“Resort con molti servizi tutti di alto valore. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Turquoise tower e avevamo anche il maggiordomo del piano a nostra disposizione, Manolo, che si è rivelato molto utile oltre che una persona eccezionale.
Presso questa struttura ci siamo sentiti molto accuditi.
I servizi, piscine, intrattenimento, spiagge, ristorazione, etc .... tutti eccellenti.”

“We chose the all inclusive and it really is. Including items from the mini bar (where most hotels try to rip you off!) Food, service, location from the beach, and the pool were all perfect. Our concierge was very helpful, and it seems like the staff is always on duty. I wouldn't change a thing about this place and will definitely be returning.”

"The Hotel is quite old but it's a great choice for Cancun. Rooms are really big, the building is typical and has beautiful garden. Breakfast is great and service is ok too.
I wanted to invite a couple with a kid for making some pics at the beach but the access was totally denied for "security reasons". I found this quite ridicolous "
