“Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...

“We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. “This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. “Simply paradise. Just a few steps from the beach with a great swimming pool and amenities. Internet was a concern, but you’re on vacation right? Mario, our host while in town was perfect! One evening we asked that he prepare dinner and he was happy to oblige. Will definitely be back!”

We woke up to the most beautiful view from our bedroom that we just had to lay there and admire it for a while: a perfect white sand beach with cushy lounge chairs under palm trees looking out over every shade of blue in the Carribean. "Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia non scaricava, la chiave non apriva, neanche dopo riparazione e il cibo era pessimo !!! Mai più Barcelo’"
