Hotel vicino a Playa El Cielo - Cozumel

“Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“It’s a great little quiet resort with exceptional care taken to the grounds. Be prepared though the water may not be crystal clear as you are used to on Cozumel. It changes there depending on when you go due to the location on the island.”

“The resort was great. Polite and helpful staff. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic. They made our anniversary unforgettable. We will return in the near future. Diving was amazing.”

“Lo único bonito la vista a la playa nada más , el lugar está muy descuidado , atenciones pésimas , el aire lo prenden a las 9pm con la calor que hace , luego lo apagan a las 8am este lugar no debería ser rentable menos a ese precio 👎, todavía sigo esperado la devolución de un día que no nos quedamos”

“This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again”

“Did not like that we had appx 50% of the resort to use since they are in the midst of renovations - fixtures showed wear and tear and didn’t appreciate the rough uneven stones that were used on the walkways (possible tripping hazard) Also didn’t appreciate being told if we paid an additional $30.00 we could get into our room prior to the posted check in time”

“The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main...

“Not so Good..... Ask about the restaurants, as they only had two open. The main international one had practically the same food every day. Their Mediterranean food place was closed the entire time we were there, which sucked. Ask about that. I got really sick one day with the food. The place is beautiful but isolated too far to walk anyplace except their nearby restaurant that we had access too although it is for adults only. You have to rent a car or pay $50 one way to the downtown...

“To begin with we were lied to about our stay we were showed pictures of what our unit would look like and we got there a total different situation nasty I can go on and tell you everything, but it would take more than what this page would let me write”
