“Tous les repas étaient copieux et frais, choix de fruits et légumes variés ! Délicieux! après deux semaines nous étions encore sous le charme et serions bien restés plus longtemps! e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. First, I was put in a room that was at the back of the property that the view was into some bushes that I looked through to see a tennis court. Not the garden property view what is advertised.
Then no restaurant as advertised on their website, it was closed.

“Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. ”
