“I booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Had it been clearly disclosed that the air conditioning is only turned on from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. each day, I would never have booked this property. The room became extremely uncomfortable during the day. The sliding glass door in our room would not lock. Because the hotel is in a more secluded location, this made me feel unsafe.
