“I had a wonderful 3 night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, quite spacious, and included a small kitchenette, along with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. “I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends.”
