“Il soggiorno è cominciato in salita e col piede sbagliato. Lunghe attese per il check in. Avevamo avvisato del nostro early arrival e dopo 6 ore di attesa e 2 cambi camera sono riuscito ad avere la mia camera dopo le 16.00 !! Lo staff del ricevimento ed in particolare Melissa sono sempre stati presenti e disponibili, ma a mio personale avviso c'è un problema di organizzazione . “Lovely four nights spent in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the set up was ideal for our desire to chill for a few days. The only caveat we would mention was the unfortunate noise from construction alongside the hotel, but that is the price you sometimes have to accept in a state expanding at the pace of Dubai. This was our second visit and I would have no problems returning. Great for families too.”
