Hotel in zona Al Mafraq, Abu Dhabi

"Hotel storico situato all’inizio della Corniche, si può andare a piedi a downtown e in spiaggia. Buffet di alto livello nella tradizione di Sheraton . Impressiona lo scalone in marmo della hall, molto fastosa. Personale disponibile e adeguato. La spiaggia , che chiude alle 19, è un’oasi di tranquillità, consigliabile il bagno al tramonto . L’ambiente è molto adatto anche per smart working. "

"The location is truly worth it – very relaxing and well-served by a variety of restaurants. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The access to the private beach walking aroud the harbour fine. However, the bed was not particularly comfortable, and the presence of pigeons on the windowsill in the early morning disturbed my sleep a bit!! Still, overall a very pleasant stay. "Struttura eccellente, qualità altissima, stanza eccelsa, kit in camera perfetto, doccia strepitosa, ristorante con buffet internazionale fantastico... Piscina TOP con ingresso al Café de Mar incluso fa la differenza... nei dintorni però nulla piu. Vicinanza con i parchi voto 10! Navetta che porta ai parchi (occhio perché fa il giro di più hotel quindi non velocissima). Ma nei dintorni non trovate molto oltre al Jas Mall... Hotel voto 10 per i parchi ma il centro Abu Dhabi dista parecchio..... Quindi ci ritorniamo sicuramente per relax e parchi ... Nulla più. Hotel voto 10 "

"Hotel impeccabile, servizio eccellente, nella camera passano più volte al giorno a sistemare e pulire.L'acqua in stanza (le due bottiglie di cortesia), vengono caricate ogni volta che terminano. Set di cortesia firmato Le labo'. A colazione ci sono anche cibi e latte vegetale per chi soffre di intolleranze e allergie. tT D"

"We booked for 4 people and after a very long waiting at the check-in (even with passport in their hands they were mistaken the reservation taking a differnt last name), we reached the room and the sofa as extra bed was without blankets and in teh bathroom there was only one towel. After calling the reception we waited more tahn half hour for getting teh extra towel and blankets. After 12 hour trip we want just to take a shower and had to wait for towel. When I complian about the not readiness of the room, they answer that this is their policy: when people arrived to teh room have to ask what they need which for my point of view is not acceptable since I have booked and prepaid a room for 4 people and so my room should be ready at my arrival!!!!"
