“Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. “We have booked with Expedia for five people for tonight and when we got to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. It was a little over $1300 for the two nights and for tonight and when we go to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. Advice to book straight through the property to avoid surprises like that.”
