The only complain was the small of Air conditioning. All service and staff were high level.

The hotel is beautiful,new,clean and well kept. Unfortunately it adopt a food and beverage policy that I do not like (actually I refuse it) NO Alchool,No pork, so for me the buffet is sad and I will not come back again.

This is a very impressive hotel architecturally, yet it is currently used as mid-range, all inclusive club hotel for Russian tourists, so the maintenance (adults pool with many missing tiles), service, and polish (too lound music around the adult pool and beach) expected from an international 5-star hotel are missing. For the rates it charges on Expedia and other international OTAs, there are better and more luxurious options in Abu Dhabi. However, some staff members were exceptional: Myo in the Terra Mare restaurant and Bhupanit, the housekeeper on the 2nd floor, were exceptionally service-oriented, while Kamilla at check-in was very professional and kind. Lovely for a family all-inclusive holiday, not a luxury resort at the moment.
