Every employee that we encountered was very nice from the front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, and went out of their way to meet our needs. “Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande. Pulizie giornaliere accurate. Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo. Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè. Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“Biggest disappointment was breakfast. I don't count coffee and a tiny muffin as a breakfast. Wine and cheese in the afternoon is a nice idea but was not at all appetizing in their lobby/dining area. Also, cheap wines. I upgraded to an oceanfront room because the one that they gave me was actually terrible. It smelled of bleach, the mattress didn't fit the bed platform. “Positive:The pool was nice. We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel. Parking is a little pricey but the Valet service was very convenient. Negative: It is extremely loud here and our neighboring room kept their TV on blast all night until 6am when they apparently went to sleep, needless to say we didn't sleep. The phone in the room didn't. A couple days later we received our room charges via email, we never received the 4 free drinks promised when reserving, no big deal. However,...
