“What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
Surely, we will recommend FNT to our other family and friends. Well done Fernan and Thess!. Thank you.”

“The property has a nice and quiet ambience that can really give you a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is a nice addition and the water was very nice just perfect temperature. There’s a lot of places you can bring food to eat in with your group. You can even cook food. The room has a big space and very clean. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Every thing was provided in the restroom- towels, soap, shampoo. The people were all welcoming and nice. I would strongly suggest this...

“Great location if you want to explore the 100 islands as well as wanting to go to Bolinao & Patar beach to name a few. I wish we could've stayed longer. The Villa is amazing. “We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! ”

“This is a family owned and family run hotel that goes that extra mile that chain hotels cannot. If you decide to eat-in the meals are prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and taste great.
This was our second stay in two years and we plan to return later this year. ”
