“The room and the property were all nice. Breakfast was decent with the normal continental breakfast fare. Front desk staff and the lady that was running the breakfast were friendly as well. I rated it so poorly because of the paper thin walls. It sounded like elephants were stomping above us from 9-midnight and then again in the morning. We heard people coming into and out of the building and talking in the halls like they were standing beside us. On top of that, the mattress was incredibly soft...

“I showed up, and the hotel was filthy. The front office area was super HOT and they had a waterfall with old dirty standing water. We went to look at the swimming area, as my grandkids were with me, and there was mold in the tiles, and the slides were terribly dirty. I decided immediately that I could not let my family stay in this place.”
