“Floor in the room was gritty and dirty. Insects were crawling around in the bathroom. Shower stall was cracked and creaked every time you moved your feet. Property was poorly maintained. I can’t recommend this place.”

“Outside of hotel appeared dirty. Only one set of stairs to get to 2nd floor - always walking by garbage cans overflowing and laundry room with door open and sheets on concrete dirty floor. Breakfast was better than expected and unexpected casino vouchers.”

“Clean hotel, nice location comfy king bed good air conditioning but no hand soap but good shower with a ledge for shaving which is a must !! Large room pretty quiet , pool and hot tub but a group was hogging it and we never got to go in it! Nice stay but way overpriced ”

“This was a nice spot for a quick overnight stay. If you are looking for a property with amenities this is not it. All in all it served its purpose. The staff was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner.”

“The hotel is located about 2 miles from central Petosky, out in the countryside, away from the main activities of the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable, well maintained, and has a distinct hipster vibe. We were hoping to see Little Traverse Bay from the hotel, but the view was surprisingly blocked by tall evergreen trees. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was very good. The WiFi was easy to connect to...
