  • La villa è una bella villa in stile 186 Minorca, recentemente ristrutturato. Situato sulla collina di San Jaime, gode di una magnifica vista di Son Bou e la sua spiaggia. Si accede dal terrazzo attraverso le grandi finestre, e abbiamo trovato un pratico soggiorno / sala da pranzo completamente arredata con nuovi LED TV Samsung 48 pollici, separato dalla cucina da un bancone.
    La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, piano cottura e frigorifero. Sulla terrazza troviamo tutti i mobili per mangiare, prendere il sole e una doccia esterna, oltre a una moderna forma triangolare piscina a sfioro con una profondità minima di 0,8 metri e 1,8 metri di altezza. La piscina è dotata di recinzione di sicurezza per bambini che può essere rimosso se non averne bisogno. L'ambiente esterno è completato da giardini con prato, fiori, piante e vari alberi e irrigazione automatica. A sinistra della sala, due tacche sono 2 camere matrimoniali esterne con armadio a muro che condividono un ampio bagno con doccia e lavatrice. A destra della sala, troviamo un'altra camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e un bagno en-suite e bagno. Sono dotate di aria condizionata

    Il 186 è un bel villaggio villaggio Minorca stile e recentemente ristrutturato. In cima alla collina di San Jaime e gode di una piacevole vista di Son Bou e la spiaggia. L'accesso è dalle grandi finestre terrazza-through, e ha trovato un pratico soggiorno / sala da pranzo completamente arredata e separato dalla cucina da un bar con un nuovo TV LED 48 "Samsung.

    La cucina è ben attrezzata, tratta con lavastoviglie, piano cottura e frigorifero. Sulla terrazza troviamo tutti gli arredi per mangiare, bere, sole o all'ombra e una doccia esterna a portata di mano. In aggiunta a una moderna forma triangolare piscina a sfioro con una profondità minima di 0. 8 metri e 1. 8 metri al massimo. Ha una barriera di sicurezza per i bambini. L'ambiente esterno è completato da giardini con prato, fiori, piante e alberi varia. A sinistra della sala, fino a 2 passi, ci sono 2 camere da letto doppie che condividono un ampio bagno con doccia e lavatrice. A destra della stanza, trovare una camera matrimoniale con bagno en-suite con vasca.

Très jolie villa bien équipée. La terrasse ombragée et la piscine sont de gros plus pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs.La villa est idéalement placée, quartier très calme, d'accès très facile.Encore merci à Monica pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse.

Enjoyable stay, great location, lovely homely villa, beautiful outside area to eat in, although we did find the beds to be a bit hard, and the pool slightly chilly but a good size.Son Bou is a perfect location with great restaurants, shops, a beautiful beach and easy acces to explore the rest of the island (we hired a car).

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday

Great stay in Son Bou

Nice house to spend summer holidays, great pool and nice dinner area outside. The house is cozy and well decorated, bedrooms well equipped with AC, bathrooms and not modern but clean and do the job. Might be walking distance to the beach but the hill is step so we never tried. Parking near the beach was very easy. Kitchen area might be slightly improved (no espresso machine, a lot of dishes but a bit outdated) but it was not really an issue. Overall a very good stay. Son Bou is central on the island so great to go to Mahon (25min), Ciutadella (45min) or anywhere else).

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, in a great location, and offered beautiful ocean views. It was very clean, and getting around the island was easy from where we were located. Communication with the host was excellent, and they always responded quickly to any questions we had.Our main issue with the property was the beds. The mattresses were extremely thin and very firm, to the point that you could feel the coils. Unfortunately, none of us got a good night’s sleep during our stay. This was our biggest complaint, and unless the mattresses are replaced with more comfortable ones, we would likely not return.We did have a few other minor issues. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms and none in one of the showers, and there were no paper towels or napkins when we arrived. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and don’t expect a fully stocked pantry, but we do feel that basic toiletry items should be provided upon arrival. Another issue was a musty smell throughout the house that we noticed each time we came back.In summary, we had a very good stay, but not a great one. While the location, cleanliness, and communication were all excellent, the uncomfortable beds and a few missing essentials detracted from the overall experience.

Great family home!

The home was beautiful and the location was very convenient. Being 6 months pregnant and with a 3 year old, the walk to the beach was fine, but getting back up to the house was a chore, so we typically drove. Everything for the most part was well stocked, but we were a little disappointed to find out there were no pool towels or beach towels. Travelling from Canada, we didn't think to pack this with us, so we did have to buy a few things to enjoy the pool and beach. We also found the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, but this is personal preference. Mike the property manager was very easy to get a hold of and Monica was always very responsive as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Menorca is such a beautiful spot!

Fantastic hilltop villa

Amazing villa over looking the sea in Son Bou. Well equipped with all you need to cook both inside and out on the bbq. Great swimming pool to cool off in after a long day. As some other guests have commented the beach and restaurants/ shops are are the bottom of a steep hill so I’d recommend hiring a car! This is a great base for exploring the island, the host was quick to respond to my queries and had a caretaker locally to address any issues (not that we had any) would return!

Hermosa casa en una isla fantastica

La casa es fabulosa y esta perfectamente equipada. La piscina y las vistas son increíbles, y el barrio es muy tranquilo para poder descansar con niños pequeños. Ha sido un placer pasar una semana en este lugar.

Confortable et bien placée

Villa confortable, bien située pour visiter l'île. Propreté irréprochable, beau point de vu avec sa jolie petite piscine. Le quartier est calme. Malgré l'absence d'accueil nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour trouver, ainsi que pour régler un soucis (pombe à eau bruyante). L'agent d'entretient (très sympa) est rapidement intervenue et le problème à été résolu. Par contre manque une cafetière électrique et il faudrait renouveler les poêles et ajouter un ou 2 plats de plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette villa.

Heerlijke week eind september

We hebben eind september een heerlijke week gehad in deze villa. Het huis is mooi, schoon en perfect geschikt voor kleine kinderen. De weg naast het huis naar het centrum van Son Bou is wel druk, maar de inkijk op het terras valt erg mee. We misten een kinderstoel voor bij het eten en een netje om zelf vuil uit het zwembad te halen. Verder niets aan te merken op dit huis, een aanrader.

Nuestras vacaciones en familia

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la piscina es estupenda así como la barbacoa de obra que hemos disfrutado muchísimo, la casa está bien situada y dispone de lo necesario para 6 personas la zona es tranquila y bonita pues el entorno está cuidado . Sin duda recomiendo esta casa, por todo lo expuesto y además la preciosa playa de Son Bou está cerca. Sin dudarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos en la casa en unas próximas vacaciones.

Great Holiday Villa

We loved it. Stayed for two weeks, and it was just what we had hoped for. Awesome pool with nice view and plenty of shady spots surrounding. AC, Wifi, BBQ all worked perfectly. Kitchen did the job and we cooked quite a few meals there. Son Bou turned out to be a great base to expire the island. Monica and Mike were great to work with.

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, funktionell eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sauber, mit Treppen als Zugang auch praktisch und der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Außengrill, möglicher Kinderschutz am Pool, Klimaanlage, Reinigungsservice, SAT TV, WLAN runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Die Betten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dies ist jedoch Geschmackssache. Sowohl die Vermieterin Monica als auch der Verwalter vor Ort waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell weiter geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. Zu Fuß benötigt man zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Ca. 10-15 Minuten zu einem kleinen Supermarkt und Bäcker. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen, damit man in Mahon einkaufen kann und auch zum Strand ist es mit Kindern empfehlenswert einen Mietwagen zu haben. Die Steigung vom Strand zum Haus nach einem langen Strandtag kann Herausfordernd sein. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. Very nice house, functionally furnished and with everything you need. The pool is clean, with stairs as access also convenient and the sea view is beautiful. Outdoor grill, possible child protection at the pool, air conditioning, cleaning service, SAT TV, WLAN complete the positive impression. The beds were “ok”. However, this is a matter of taste. Both the ownerin Monica and the manager on site were always available and helped quickly. Thanks a lot for this. On foot you need to the beach about 20 minutes. Approximately 10-15 minutes to a small supermarket and bakery. We recommend a rental car, so you can shop in Mahon and also to the beach with children is recommended to have a rental car. The slope from the beach to the house after a long day at the beach can be challenging. We had a very nice time here

Amazing villa, stunning location, perfect for our family holiday

This property is great! We stayed here for just over a week (family of 4) and it was everything we needed and hoped it would be be. The villa itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable with good air con. Good Wifi also meant I could check in with work from time to time which was a great help! Kitchen is equipped well enough to be able to make breakfast or light lunch with the added benefit of dishwasher. The pool was perfect and during the week we were there taught our 2 boys to swim. The Kids also enjoyed playing in the grassed area behind the house when they weren't swimming and the toddler enclosed area is a nice touch. Its a 10-15 min walk (kids pace) to the shops/ beach front/ restaurants/ bus stop - so a perfect balance in having a private property in a peaceful location with everything you need just down the road. Monica and Mike were very responsive to any questions. Would love to come back again! I will certainly miss watching the sunset from the patio! Would highly recommend.

FANTÁSTICA CASA

Hemos disfrutado de unos días maravillosos en esta fantástica casa, muy espaciosa, cómoda y bonita. Increíbles vistas del mar desde la terraza!!!!Gracias por unas vacaciones inolvidables. Todo ha sido estupendo. Repetiremos seguro.
