The villa (3.300 ft² - 310 m²) is positioned in the heart of the Langhe - Roero area, well known worldwide for high quality DOCG wines production such as Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero Arneis.

Villa Mezzaluna is an ample country house of the late 1800s, restored in accordance with the most authentic Piedmontese tradition and capable of accommodating up to 10 people.

*****THE VILLA*****

The house, with its 310 SQUARE METERS, sleeps up to 10 people.

The ground floor is dominated by a large and exclusive fully fitted kitchen of 60 m², characterized by its panoramic half-moon window (and from that window come from the name of the house: Villa Mezzaluna). Complete the kitchen an antique wooden table for 10 people, an historic and working bread oven and a fireplace with grill for indoor barbecue.
Complete the ground floor a dining room with a fireplace, comfortable seating and satellite Smart 55' TV (with DVD player); a full bathroom and a fully fitted laundry (washing and dryer machines, sink, ironing equipment, freezer, shoes) with other private entrance (with dedicated parking).

On the first floor there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: 3 ample double bedrooms, 2 of them with double French window and dedicated balcony, and the fourth bedroom with 2 suite bunk beds (200 x 90 cm). All bedrooms are spacious with tasteful furnishing, ample wardrobe space and have large open windows.
Complete the first floor 2 suite and stylish full bathrooms with double sinks, one with a bath tub/shower and the other with the shower, and both decorated with marble objects and Vietri ceramic tiles.

The entire ground floor is paved with antique brick and furnished with local furniture while the entire upper floor has wooden floor, and is exquisitely decorated with antique furniture and chandeliers.

Villa Mezzaluna has 2 external areas: the courtyard and the pool garden.
The courtyard is characterized by a distinctive water well (renovated and working) and a big granite stone table covered by a pergola vine training. Under the pergola vine is possible to enjoy your meal or barbecue with an intense grapes perfume.
Underlying the villa there is a private garden with the English-styled lawn sloping down, fruit trees and a private pool(4 x 11 meters, 120-220 cm deep and opened from 28 of May To 20 September).
The pool counts with an outdoor shower, solarium equipment (beds and chairs) and the whole area is well lit at night.
