Un disastro, mai più
esperienza disastrosa, prenotato 2 notti ma scappato, come altri, dopo la prima. Personale impreparato, camera oltre il limite della decenza, moquette bruciata da sigarette, lenzuola e federe sporche e che puzzavano forte di fumo, vasca da bagno che perdeva acqua ed allaga il bagno, asciugamani con macchie di sangue, gente "strana" che frequentava il parcheggio nel retro, urla e liti tutta la notte. Unica nota di merito la ragazza, giovanissima, al checkout la mattina che ha capito la situazione e non ci ha addebitato la seconda notte.

Even though the young man at the front desk was very nice, the hotel conditions are horrible. My room was very smelly. Thank God I had a can of lysol in my car so spray the room down and it was much better after some time. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Terrible terrible! The only good thing this jotel had was the pool. It was warm and clean.

The property dirty and seemed to be a housing situation for people. We had 2 rooms reserved one room the door was almost kicked in by a “maintenance” person with no call from the front desk before the man came. During the night there were people running through the halls screaming all night long. Upon “waking” using this lightly because there was no rest to be had, at 4 am to go to the airport there were around 10 police vehicles outside the building. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

This property badly needs updating. I have stayed at this hotel for years and it has not been renovated in many years. The furniture is old. The bathroom is clean but looks dirty due to age.

Gross - Hotels.com wouldn't give a refund
We booked this hotel for a family trip but luckily did not make it through the door. My brother-in-law made it to the hotel first and called me and told me to stop and book somewhere else! Sleezy people hanging out front, rude front desk, and top it off a disgusting hotel. *See Photo*. What made it worse is Hotels.com stuck to their no-refund policy even though it was unsafe and un healthy for ANYONE especially kids to be staying there.

This was the worse place ever they had hookers there and they didn't care the room smelled so bad it was so dirty that we didn't stay there and got our money back it was the worse place I have ever been to

Potential guests need to be made aware that this hotel is being used to house migrant refugees. Rates need to reflect this inconvenience.

We Had to wait for 5 minutes before someone came to check us in. She was reserved and not welcoming. The hotel has security staff, not helpful in one of the side entrances. The breakfast buffet is okay but not run well. The room is spacious and was clean, but the shower head isn't working and the toilet needs repair.

This Best Western had several security guards walking the floors and they were obviously needed. Apparently this Best Western is being used as a shelter of sorts. A women said she was staying there at least a year. There were several people outside the hotel at 11:00 PM. The outside smelled of human and cat urine. The room I stayed is in need of maintenance. Ex) the bathroom needs new caulking - the tub is stained. Just not a great place to stay. This Best Western is rated a 1 in this opinion. I always look for Best Westerns when I travel - that will not be the case anymore.

I and my friend checked in from Wednesday through Friday nites. I went to the Hospital Where I stayed from Wednesday night to Sunday. My bags were kept in my friends car in case i needed something. Hotel would not offer discount for my not being there. I was charged every night at hotel & every night at hospital. pure duplication of costs.

Very friendly staff. TV remote did not work. No hair dryer in room. When I called to get these fixed, I had to go down the hall and get them. They forgot, never showed up with hair dryer. Never gave me my wake up call. But they always said they would.
