Benvenuti in questa splendida casa fronte lago sul lago Kinderhook, New York. Totalmente ricostruita nel 2018, questa casa è progettata per massimizzare l'incredibile vista sul lago. Fresco e soleggiato in estate e caldo e accogliente in inverno. Vieni a goderti il lago Kinderhook !! Situata a pochi minuti dalla NY Thruway e dalla I-90, questa struttura è comoda per raggiungere i Berkshires, la Hudson River Valley e diverse aree sciistiche. Open space, nuova cucina sfocia in una spaziosa zona giorno. Le finestre enormi evidenziano la vista frontale del lago. Due ampie camere da letto al piano superiore, una camera da letto al primo piano, oltre a un comodo futon in una zona comune. Tanto spazio per dormire e rilassarsi. Due bagni, uno con ingresso indipendente nella camera matrimoniale. Ampio cortile sul lago con darsena. Se hai una barca / rimorchio, c'è un varo di erba / ghiaia immediatamente adiacente alla proprietà. Lago abbastanza tranquillo, qualche attività in barca a motore, ma la maggior parte si trova sul lato opposto del lago. Nota d'estate: adoriamo il lago, ma anche gli insetti. Tutte le finestre hanno schermi, ma tieni le porte chiuse per impedire l'ingresso di insetti. In realtà si accampano come piccoli mercenari che aspettano un'imboscata ogni volta che la porta si apre. Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!

This place is located about 20 mins from downtown Albany and is extremely beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend if you are in the area. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well.

We had such a great time at this house with our family. We were able to check in early and the place was clean and packed full of supplies for us to use during our stay such as plates, napkins, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, etc.! We brought fishing rods and fished off the dock. We also used the kayaks to go out on the lake and it was so much fun! Anytime we messaged Michael and Beverly they responded within minutes! We were able to check out late and it was the easiest check out I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be back to this property!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is so cozy and the hosts were wonderful!!! I had a lot of questions and they were very responsive and incredibly helpful. The lake was so impressive and being able to take it in while warm and cozy felt so special. Loved little details such as all cabinets being labeled. Super helpful for a very fun stay. Looking forward to returning thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. First time using Vrbo and everything they said was truthful and more. This house was so great. Views from every room. We enjoyed the near by towns and of course that beautiful lake.

We had a wonderful visit to Kinderhook Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable with really nice seating inside and out with great views of the lake. Our family really enjoyed the 3 kayaks and swimming off the small dock. We also enjoyed chatting with our neighbors a bit. Thanks for a great visit!

Great property! Nice lake views in a comfortable home. Everything you would want to enjoy the water - kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles. Outdoor fire pit on the water is a relaxing spot to sit at any time. Beautiful and peaceful mornings sitting in Adirondack chairs on the water. Will stay again in the future!

We stayed a couple of nights for my birthday. The view was breathtaking out of almost every window of the house. It's literally right on the water. The house was extremely clean and the contents of each cupboard was nicely labeled. The hosts were very helpful and made sure our stay was PERFECT! We will be staying here again soon.

This house was such a great getaway for me and my family. We spent the mornings looking out at the late and the afternoons exploring Hudson and Chatham. We would love to come back in the summer so we can kayak. Michael was wonderful with communicating!

This was the second year my (adult) daughter and I vacationed here in the summer. We loved the place as much, maybe more, the second year. The location is marvelous- great views of the lake, quiet, peaceful, yet 6 minutes to Hannaford’s Supermarket, CVS, and other necessities. We loved shopping in all the little shops in nearby Chatham, and frequented Berry’s Farm Market for fresh fruit and vegetables (and many other good things). We liked that we were at the part of the lake where boats had to slow down and leave no wake. We swam and kayaked and spent many hours just sitting by the lake. Michael is a fantastic host, accessible and helpful. The house is well-supplied with the basics and my sweet daughter prepared excellent meals in the kitchen every evening. We were both working part of the time, and grateful for good wi-fi and places to work. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms easy to use (I have rheumatoid arthritis and was grateful for the walk-in shower.) Even the weather cooperated. We had a blessed two weeks. My wife and I spent the weekend at this property with our three kids. The house is extremely well-kept and very comfortable. Check in and all instructions were seamless. The pellet stove was awesome!! Views of the lake were wonderful. Everything was as described if not better! We hope to be back in the very near future.

The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed. This was our first getaway since 2019 and we felt so grateful for the cleanliness of the home. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use the kayaks, due to the weather, it was a perfect peaceful setting. Michael, a wonderful host, was quick to respond with any questions that came up. Loved seeing the beginning of the fall colors! Agree that the lake view is even prettier in person!

This house is very new and clean, stocked with everything you might need. It's a great open layout and really worked well for our group. The views of the lake from both floors are so beautiful! We enjoyed spending time out on the dock and sitting at the outdoor table. We were able to take out the kayaks and explore the lake, which was very calm, just a few fishing boats and other kayakers out. The location is terrific too, easy to get to the supermarket and town. We spent time down in Kinderhook, a quaint village and also going to farm markets and a vineyard nearby. Loved the whole weekend and we will be back to this house!

Loved staying here. Home was wonderful, can't think of anything it needed except maybe a big shelf in master bath for toiletries since bathroom serves 2 upstairs bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked, everything worked. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. Lake view even prettier in person.

I had picked this VRBO originally with the thoughts of a beautiful location on quiet Kinderhook Lake. I am a local to the area and do have background knowledge of the lake and knew I would love to stay here for our wedding weekend. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. The convenience of the location to the surrounding towns (and wedding venues) is perfect. My bridal party and I got ready at this home the morning of the wedding. We took beautiful pictures indoors and outside by the water. The bedrooms were large and spacious. It had everything we needed for a great stay! I highly recommended this VRBO. The communication with Michael, the host, was wonderful and he was very informative. I would definitely stay here again!
