Pet Rules (For Guests Bringing Pets) • $150 pet fee per pet, paid at booking, is required. • Pets must never be left unattended inside the house. • Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, and carpet areas. • Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly. • Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning fees caused by pets. • Pets must be leashed when outside in unfenced areas. • The property has a natural outdoor space, and while we do our best to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for anything your pet may eat, chew, or come into contact with in the yard. Please supervise your pet at all times.
Additional Rules ★ Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes upon entering. Indoor sandals are provided at the door. ★ Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please refrain from making any noise in the front yard after 7:00 PM. Excessive noise will be monitored and may result in a fine issued by local authorities. We kindly ask that you respect our retired neighbors and help maintain a quiet and peaceful environment. ★ Parking Guidelines: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 compact cars or 2 vans. Additional side-yard parking is available for up to 4 cars, and 3 more cars can be parked off-street in front of the house. The garage can fit up to 2 compact cars. Do not park on the neighbor’s side. Any damage caused by improper parking will be charged to the guest. ★ Child Supervision: Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as the property is not childproofed. ★ Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, we have outside security cameras in place, including: • One camera facing the parking area • One Ring Doorbell Camera • Two cameras facing the backyard area – These devices are used strictly for security and insurance purposes. While we do not actively monitor the footage, please note that the cameras are motion-sensor and record 24/7. – There are no cameras inside the home. – Tampering with, disabling, or covering any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. Doing so is a violation of our house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. ★ Weekly Maintenance Service: To keep our home in top condition, we have weekly lawn care (usually in the morning). ★ Fish Pond Safety Rule: Our property features a beautiful decorative fish pond. Please enjoy it responsibly by following these rules: • Do not touch, feed, or disturb the fish or water. • Children must be supervised at all times near the pond. • No swimming, wading, climbing, or standing on the rocks around the pond. • Do not throw objects into the water. • Guests are responsible for any damage or accidents caused by improper use of the pond area. ★ Only registered guests are allowed.
