“A very good location for my business purposes. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Almost useless WIFI. I have to engage in Teams calls on the road. That doesn’t take too much bandwidth, but the WIFI could barely handle just about everything. I have to go back to Albany for business and may have to look for a different place, even though I’d rather not.”

“The hotel seems to be a renovated old inn. The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the amenities were quite nice.
However, there were a few significant downsides:
Cleanliness: The bathroom cleaning was subpar and could have been much better.
Noise: The soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in other rooms, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Breakfast: Unlike other Best Western hotels that offer a full breakfast...
