“This hotel has great staff! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from RPI and the hotel decorates their lobby for their graduation. Staff members like Hunter and the wonderful female bartender (who suggested the honey hot wings with green goddess sauce) went above and beyond during our stay. Truly making us feel so comfortable and doing everything to make my daughter's graduation special. With that being said at the end of our stay I think they had hired a new person to work the...

“Nice room set up! Our room had a little smell but amazing staff, so many channels and food was great downstairs, smoking bench was lovely! shower water pressure was not good though”

“This hotel is very well located in Albany NY, right across from the University at Albany and near highways. It was comfortable with a good bed and bathroom supplies. I was quite satisfied with all aspects of my stay.”

“Everything was good just the bathroom door kept sliding across the floor and the tv network had issues later in the night probably due to the heavy winds and rain but overall very clean space. My favorite hotel and I will return.”

“Clean room easy check in and lovely property. I had hoped to have lunch there, only breakfast available so went to a convenient place right across the parking lot. I travel a lot and will definitely come here again when I’m in Albany.”
