“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! ”
