“Bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast terrible, eggs cold, juice machine broke, biscuits hard. Breakfast menu needs to be reviewed!”

“In need of remodel, i was unaware this has begun already before I made the reservation. It would be nice to know the TVs and ice machines were all out of service and that there was remodel in progress before we reserved the room. Our room wasn't super clean and was missing coffee for the coffee maker. The walls and doors didn't have much to be soundproof. But I guess I slept soso. Thank goodness my daughter slept. I heard soft knocking on our 'shared' door at around 1130pm....unreal and uncalled...

“We stay at holiday inn quite a bit. This one however was not up to par. TV had issues, they did come and after 2 trips were able to fix. Soap dispenser was empty next to sink. Would not have been so bad other than the weekend we stayed was apparently Sturgis week so rooms were twice the price.”

“Property was abandoned. Do not book a room here. We had to find another hotel 30 minutes away because all hotels in nearby vicinity were sold out. Still working on getting a refund for a property that has been closed since April. Not even sure how Expedia is still allowing bookings.”
