We did book for a jetted tub and did not get that, but after 20 minutes of calling the after hours number repeatedly just to get checked in i wasnt going to complain about that. “The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was small and very chlorinated but the kids all had a blast. Definitely leave time for showers after playing. The hot tub was super hot (which I was grateful for so the babies stayed out) and relaxing. The staff was amazing! They were helpful and kind.
