“I recently stayed at Wingate by Wyndham Lethbridge and booked three rooms for my family and relatives. Overall, most of the hotel amenities were acceptable, and the rooms met our expectations. However, our experience with the breakfast service was very disappointing. Breakfast was included with our rooms. During breakfast, I noticed that the Breakfast Sausage Patties were not labelled. “Fairly new property. Good breakfast. Short walk to the casino. Would stay here again.”

“We spent 3 night there this weekend and house keeping never did our room once. Was very frustrating even though we put the tag on the door for them to clean our room. Last time I ever stay there.”

“The room was very clean and tidy. My disappointment was that we had to phone at the front desk to get registered. Covid is finished now so the protective shield at the front desk needs to be removed. I couldn’t hear what the person was saying at check in which was very annoying. “Air conditioning didn't work on a plus 33 day. Killed two spiders. Continental free breakfast - bread and one type of cereal? Powdered creamer .Overall not a place I would stay again”

“Nice staff, clean room although the carpet was a little sticky in bare feet, AC would time out every 2 hours, slept great and the complementary breakfast was fine. Not even comparable to the disaster when I stayed at their neighbours Knights Inn a few nights ago. I will easily be back again and thank you for everything.”

“Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again.”
