Located in a very quiet area, in the middle of a cul-de-sac, the accommodations are only 5 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes from the city center of Albi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In summer, you will appreciate its terrace and private swimming pool to cool off; in winter you can take advantage of its pleasant wood stove to warm you by the fire.

Possibility to park your vehicles in front of the house.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

It includes a large living room with a dining area that can accommodate 8 to 10 people, a pleasant living room with wood stove for winter evenings, a fully equipped open kitchen:

- Kettle,
- Toaster,
- Raclette machine.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets.

Upstairs are a mezzanine with TV area and single bed, and a 4th bedroom with its shower room.

- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with large cupboard and dresser
- Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed with large closet and desk
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed for 1 person and cot
- Mezzanine: Single bed for 1 person
- Bedroom 4 floor: 140 cm bed with large cupboard and shower room

Bed linen (sheets, towels, bath mats) are included.

The house is equipped with Wifi and a smart TV.

The garage allows you to store luggage or 2 wheels. Bicycles (1 adult and 2 children) are also available.

The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.

The exterior includes a fenced garden in a quiet area, with terrace, privatized swimming pool and games for children: slide, swing, basketball hoop.

The Atlantis aquatic area with outdoor slides, wading pool, spa, sauna and hammam is 2 minutes away.

Our animal friends are allowed.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy!
