Mountain nook : Two bunk beds (90x190 cm).
Additional sleeping options available on the sofa bed in the living room (90x190 cm X2).

Bathroom and Toilet:
The bathroom has a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The toilet is separate.

Outdoor Space:
An outdoor area with a table and chairs (for 2 people) is available, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Other Amenities:
- Ski locker: Convenient for storing your ski equipment.
- Amenities for toddlers: a travel crib and a booster seat, along with games and children's books, to ensure the whole family feels comfortable.

- Pets allowed: Your four-legged friends are welcome (a €30 fee applies for the additional cleaning).
- The property does not have Wi-Fi.
- Parties are not allowed.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility due to stairs.
- During the season, check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 9 a.m. If these times are inconvenient, we can potentially adjust them to meet your needs.
