“The hotel is very nice even had a kitchen in there in the room. I was in which I thought was pretty neat. The staff were very polite and professional and everything was very clean. I definitely go back again to stay”

“loved that there was a Grill/Pub in hotel!!! food was GREAT!!! service was friendly!! Breakfast was made to order in morning…(not the normal free breakfast buffet)….. we were just stopping for the night and was very pleasantly surprised!!! hotel itself is a little run down but I would definitely refer and stay again!!!!! If I lived i. the area I would go back for dinner and drinks!!!!😁”

“Nikki in the breakfast area was great. She is the only person whose name I know, but every single staff member I encountered was amazing. I was worried initially bc I had seen some sketchy reviews. But staff was great. Food was good at breakfast. Pool was excellent. The design and style? It’s definitely old. But we loved it there and would definitely return! Just FYI ALSO,my family did do a day trip to splash lagoon and had a MUCH better time at the hotel pool than the waterpark. ”

“Had a great stay. Location is excellent. Staff are friendly. We were there in April and only one elevator was working…. That same elevator is still out of service. Would be helpful if the inroom fridges had a freezer compartment. They need another ice machine. The only one is on the third floor”
