“Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato una piacevolissima sorpresa inaspettata, ma molto gradita e devo dire che queste attenzioni fanno veramente la differenza.”

“Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. ”

“Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Comersee. Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen,fast direkt am See, so dass man direkt mit Badeoutfit und Handtuch an den Strand konnte. Die riesige Terrasse lädt zum Chillen ein und liegt ruhig und abseits der Wege zum See. ”

“Thank you, Monica, for the lovely four nights we spent in your apartment in Bellagio in early June. We loved the location, in the middle of the old town, close to shops and restaurants, with meandering stairs/streets and lovely seafront. Especially loved the quiet mornings and evenings, and if streets were sometimes busy with tourists during the day, that was fine, we used that time to jump on a ferry to explore other villages for a few hours. Highlights--Varenna was a lovely village for lunch....

“The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered. “Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...
