The apartment of 76 m2 has the following spaces:

- Cozy living-dining room with sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace.

- North facing terrace, where you can enjoy a seating area with table and 4 chairs.

- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, large wardrobe and direct access to terrace.

- Second bedroom of double use equipped with two beds of 90x190cm and exit to small balcony with views to inner courtyard.

- Modern bathroom with shower and large sink.

- Independent kitchen with outdoor and fully equipped gallery (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, Nespresso toaster, electric kettle…).



The apartment is come with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities.

Getting around:

Only a few meters away from the apartment you will find available a Bus Stop (lines 19 - 31), Taxi and Bike Path.

- No parties.

- No Smoking.

- No pets.

- No more people reserved.

- Groups of young people are not accepted.

- Responsibility, respect and good behavior to use all facilities and neighbors.

- No garbage in the accommodation. The time of deposit of the garbage will be made from Monday to Sunday. (Organic, from 7 pm to 9 pm). It should always be done in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
