Any guests found to be exhibiting any of the following behaviors will be issued a citation + cost without warning and NO EXCEPTION are made.
✓ Drunk or disorderly conduct, destruction of private property, harassment of residents or TTPOA staff or other conduct that is an unreasonable annoyance to the neighborhood.
✓ Discharge of firearms, bow & arrows, air/BB guns, or similar weapons.
✓ Illegal disposal of trash along roadways instead of designated areas for garbage disposal.
✓ Careless operation of a motor vehicle, traveling at a rate of speed obvious and apparent to be unreasonable, skidding, roasting tires, and doing donuts.
✓ Any noise deemed excessive, disruptive, objectionable, or unnecessary as determined by Security.
✓ While traditional outdoor fires aren't allowed, you'll love the barbecue area.

✓ Pets will be allowed at the property. We kindly ask to check with us prior to booking.
✓ A maximum of two pets will be allowed at this time.
✓ Please clean after your pets. An extra cleaning fee of $350 will be applied if the house is found to be soiled or smelly.
✓ Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

✓ No smoking or vaping inside the property.
✓ Loud parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
✓ Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors are allowed without prior approval.
✓ For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. We kindly ask to report any suspicious activity or concern immediately.
✓ Do not enter or disturb other residents private yards.
✓ We kindly ask to report any damages or breakages promptly. Do not attempt to repair yourself without authorization.
✓ Wi-Fi is provided. Please refrain from downloading illegal content or engage in activities that violate local laws.
✓ Small gathering or events may be allowed with prior approval from the host. Please respect noise levels and neighborly considerations.

✦•┈๑⋅⋯ Hot tub Rules ⋯⋅๑┈•✦
✓ No Glassware: For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from bringing glassware near or into the hot tub area. We kindly ask to make use of plastic cups or containers instead.
✓ Shower before Entering: We kindly ask of our guests to shower before entering the hot tub to remove oils, lotions, and other substances that can affect the water quality and cleanliness.
✓ Temperature Control: We kindly ask to not alter the temperature too drastically to avoid discomfort or potential damage to the equipment.
✓ Supervise Children: We highly discourage the usage of the hot tub from children. Adult supervision is required at all times if children were to enter the hot tub, to prevent accidents and ensure their safety.
✓ No Diving or Jumping: Explicitly prohibited.
✓ The hot tub cover must be securely fastened after each use to conserve energy and maintain water temperature.

✓ Only use the gas barbecue grill outdoors in designated area.
✓ Do not move the gas barbecue grill once it is in use or hot.
✓ Keep children and pets away from the grill while it is in use.
✓ Always supervise the grill while it is in use, and never leave it unattended.
✓ Use the appropriate utensils and tools to handle food on the grill to avoid burns or injuries.
✓ Ensure the gas barbecue grill is fully extinguished and turned off after use.
✓ We kindly ask to report any issues or concerns with the gas barbecue grill to us immediately.
