Pocono A-frame Lakeside Cabin - Ski & Snow Nearby

Los Lobos Lodge is a newly remodeled A-frame cabin located at the heart of the Pocono Mountains, featuring direct access to Wolf Run Lake in Towamensing Trails (300 ft away!). The cabin was recently renovated (Summer 2022) and offers brand-new appliances, amenities, and decor.
The space
Indoor: Los Lobos Lodge offers plenty of natural light with its expansive floor-to-ceiling A-frame glass windows allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature throughout the duration of their stay.

The A-Frame comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a total of three large bedrooms and a private office (2 bedrooms on the first floor each with a queen bed, a king bedroom upstairs, and a private office with a trundle daybed). Additionally, the two newly remodeled bathrooms offer soothing colors of the forest with a custom Bluetooth built-in music system to allow guests to relax to the sounds of their choice.

The cabin offers dining and lounging spaces, both indoors & outdoors, for up to 8 people. The lodge was designed to have multiple work-from-home spaces and the fastest wifi in the area to accommodate today’s unique work-from-home culture.

Lastly, the unique loft space offers plenty of sunshine and comfort for those who want to simply read a book, practice mindfulness, rest, or play board games (Catan, Scattergories, Codenames, Chess, and many others provided!).

Outdoor: With a new expansive wrap-around deck, you can comfortably enjoy grilling or observing the local flora and fauna. Having direct access to the lake (pathway via the backyard, ~300ft away) allows guests to enjoy the great outdoors and activities such as fishing (appropriate license required) and boating with the local clubhouse offering kayak, paddle boat, and stand-up paddle (SUP) rentals (open in the Summer).

Additionally, in the Summer, the Towamensing Trails community offers great amenities for guests within a short walking distance (including a pool, beach, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a playground).
Guest access
The whole cabin is yours to enjoy! The Poconos are the perfect getaway very easily accessible from NYC and Philadelphia, being only around 2 hours away on route I-80.

The Pocono area offers plenty of outdoor activities, being steps away from Hickory Run State Park, the Lehigh River, Jim Thorpe, and the Appalachian Trail.

At any time of the year, you will find all-season enjoyment and nature-filled moments to savor:
- Winter: Easy access to 4 ski resorts: Big Boulder (14min), Jack Frost (25min), Blue Mountain (33min), Camelback (34min), cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and snowshoeing.
- Summer: Lakes, boating, fishing, whitewater rafting, biking, and hiking.
- Spring: Observe the new flowers, foliage, and baby animals.
- Autumn: Enjoy the changing foliage and the peaceful and serene nature.

- All hosts (and vehicles) must be registered with the Towamensing Trails community and follow all community guidelines. The payment of your reservation constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the rules set forth by Penn Forest Township and Towamensing Trails HOA.

Wonderful Home

What a beautiful home! Just like the pictures !!My husband and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful area. It is a sort walk to the marina/tennis courts/ basketball ball court. Not too far a walk to the pool. We enjoyed the lake/beach and pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely rent again. We highly recommend this rental!
