The space
Remodeled 5 bedroom house with huge detached game room and indoor hot tub more photos coming shortly.
This beautiful, two-story home is the
perfect mountain retreat for your next family vacation or weekend getaway with friends. Spend the day hitting the nearby slopes at the Big Boulder ski or Jack Frost only minutes away during the
winter months or walk to our 5 Lakes during the summer months for fun-filled days of watersports, hiking, and biking. Lake Harmony and Hickory Run State Park also
offer additional hiking trails ready to be explored.
We provide bikes for you to use and a trail behind for the little ones. A beach wagon is also available for you to use for the lake days or if you plan to picnic.
Bring your furry family and we have a dog crate and dog bed to use, along with a zip line for them to enjoy the outdoors too.
With the detached game room and hot tub room, there is plenty of space in this home for everyone in your group. Full size pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and darts to entertain everyone.

Prepare meals or brew up a
perfect cup of coffee in the well-equipped dine -in kitchen which boasts a full range of stainless steel appliances. There is an option
to dine indoors, or weather permitting with our gazebo and outdoor dining room table that seats 10
Catch a snooze in the hammock or star gaze on the large deck surrounded by nature.

Enjoy a book from our library, challenge your friends or family with the many board games provided, soak in the relaxing hot tub after a long day of adventures, or chill out with our giant smart TVs and stream movies from your favorite providers.

The home was clean and spacious, and the game room and hot tub were great amenities. Check in process was quick and easy. Host was very responsive and addressed any issues promptly.

This stay was disappointing, especially for winter travel with a 9-month-old baby.The central heater did not work. Space heaters were provided, but most electrical outlets were nonfunctional and breakers tripped. This made it extremely stressful to safely power essential baby items, including breast pump equipment. We were forced to wear jackets indoors, even our two 100-lb German shepherds huddled together for warmth. On the final day we used the oven to help keep the house warm enough for our baby. One shower head did not work, requiring four people to share one bathroom, and hot water ran out quickly. The front door and lock did not feel secure.The sheets had a noticeable musky odor, and the bed frames felt unstable. Despite being pet-friendly, the carpeted rooms were not properly cleaned, with noticeable previous pet dander and dust. The kitchen lacked clean, usable cookware and felt outdated. Tried to do laundry and one of the detergent containers were diluted and filled with water. Overall, while the setting itself was nice, the home felt more like a crash pad for young adults than a family-ready property. The host should perform routine maintenance between stays, including updating kitchenware, repairing broken doors, replacing worn bedding and furniture, and addressing general wear and tear. The property is not adequately maintained or equipped for winter stays.

The property is as described game. Game room was super humid but we had ALOT of fun out there. The main lake was closed while we were there but the second lakes beach was beautiful but just not within walking distance. A/C was probably the best we have had in any rental in the Poconos . Inside there were some minor issues with such as closets and beds not being in the best shape but the owner has said these issues will be addressed and was happy to be informed! The community is very well rounded with easy access to the lake beaches and pools. The deer visited daily knocking on the kitchen door looking for their morning carrots! Would definitely stay here again

great location

I arrived at 3:30, check in was at 4pm. I approached the cleaner outside who was working in the game room. I told her that I knew I was early but could I please just put my food in the freezer. She said it was fine that she was finished she only had to mop the floors in the game room. Before the cleaner left she let me know that there were extra towels in the dryer if we needed them. After the cleaner left and I started bringing in my things when I started to notice that the place had not really been cleaned to well. Coffee grinds and coffee still in machine not cleaned. Kitchen floor was sticky also the table. The dog bed was broken, the main upstairs bathroom shower did not work and when I reached out to management I was told that turning it on was tricky and that they would send me a video. Seriously? The gas stove would not light. When I contacted management I was told that it was just serviced and that I would have to light the stove manually with a match. The master bedroom trash can was full and the remote for the TV had no batteries and no way to watch TV. The hot tub was filthy, I sent a video to management and was told that if I wanted the cleaners to come back that I could call them myself. There were heaters in every room, which were needed for the freezing bedrooms however only 2 worked the rest were broken. None of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked. There were also a few things broken that should have been replaced. The place is very large and dark I defi

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The gameroom was a big hit and we spent lots of time in there. My son loved fishing at the lakes. It was chilly most days so we never ended up using the pools. We got lots of use out of the hot tub and fire pit! The owner was always quick to respond when we had any questions and very helpful. The only real downfall to this property is the access to the community. You have to wait in line register your vehicle. Every time you reenter the property you have to go through that same line. So if other cars are just arriving and doing the registration process it can take a while to get in. We had to wait in line several times for 20+ min. Aside from that we had a great time. Would definitely consider renting this property again if we come back to the Poconos!

Poconos is a great vacation getaway

House was very accommodating for a family plus a game room and hot tub. The nearby lake was wonderful and we all enjoyed the deer hanging out in the backyard. Communication could have been better with the property manager. Instructions for paying the $50 fee was vague so I had to track down the phone number of the association and directly paid it to them….. they were extremely helpful during the entire stay. House was great but there needs to be a better way to communicate with the manager. She did send a plumber when we had a septic problem but the entire process could have been less stressful if she returned my phone messages instead of emailing back and forth. Thanks for asking

It’s okay

Upon arrival, we were surprised to see that the grass was extremely high (up to my knees). The yard was one of the reasons we chose this home over the other listings. When I reached out to the host regarding this she said due to weather they were unable to mow the week prior. She said someone would be there the next day. After messaging the host again the next day around 3pm, she said they would be there shortly and gave me their number ( as if I were to make the arrangements or contact them). Around 7:30pm, someone showed up and used a weed wacker and cut down a portion of the yard, but we could at least get to the fire pit and picnic area. That was the last I heard from the host until the day before we left when they sent a message basically saying please only give 5 star reviews, and that it would be good karma. As for the rest of the house/ stay it was okay. Some TVs either didn’t have remotes or would just flicker on and off. There were not enough hand towels for bathrooms or bath towels for everyone. They had some paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, but we had to get more of each. Personally, we thought the beds were too hard and uncomfortable. The house did have lots of dishes, utensils, and cooking essentials. The game room was a big hit with the kids. We got to see LOTS of deer and a bear walked through the yard the one morning. It’s quite close to a lot of activities within the HOA and outside.

Perfect stay for a friend's getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely house with our friends. The property was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the close proximity of the lake and the relaxing hot tub. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a group getaway! Five stars!
