Upon arrival house was not in adequate condition. The banister of the upstairs deck was dangerously loose someone could have fallen. There was a broken screen door propped against it. Cobwebs everywhere throughout the house. Visible black mold on vents of mini splits. No batteries for remote of main tv. Internet only worked upstairs not downstairs. Above hot tub the gazebo had a massive pile of water above causing gazebo to sink. Very minimal space for multiple cars to park. Overall looked like no one thoroughly cleans the home. Owner was nice, property management came to home as soon as called. Overall lack of cleanliness made this not worth the price.

It was the perfect long weekend. The house beautiful, clean and very spacious. We loved the first floor with the pool table and bar area. The house is exactly as the pictures show.The owner Vamsi was very prompt in response to any messages and with communications prior to check in.We will definitely be back!

Rooms and space were clean. Kitchen was great and perfect for hosting a group of 8. Loved the game room and hot tub. Hot tub could have been more clean. Air conditioner upstairs in living room did not work. AC system was difficult to work.

Great layout and fun area

The house is laid out very well with a lot of bedrooms and a great room for lots of kids. We had a great time. We were there in July and the pool was freezing so just be prepared.

Great location for a large group

From the time we checked in to check out, the house met our expectations for a large group. This was a great location for walking and relaxing with family. We did contact the property manager for an issue with the heat, and it was resolved within minutes. The house was laid out for a group to be very comfortable, and the activities locally filled the weekend.

Great weekend getaway!

We were only at the home for a short stay, but it was clean and comfortable. We had an issue and had to contact the landlord and they were very respnsive to our issue. Highly recommend staying!

Property managers were responsive to any need we had immediately. The house was great for a large group and set really nicely! We will stay there again in the winter. Not ideal for a large group in the summer due to the passes being limited within the community.

Awesome house

The house was great for a large groups of friends. We had 9 adults. Hot tub was perfect. Owner was very responsive on the 2 small issues we had…. There was no BBQ tank for the grill but when I reached out to them at 7:30pm on a Saturday they had one at the house within about 1/2 an hour. And then one of the wifi thermostats was not working but they had a remote for us to use and that was resolved in about 5 minutes. The pots and pans could use updating and the dart board needs to be replaced. Some of the beds are much firmer than others but all were very comfortable. We would definitely go back there again if in the area.
