We present a magnificent apartment on "Rua Almeida Garrett, 19" in Albufeira, with an excellent terrace and swimming pool, just steps away from the Beach and the famous Rua da Oura. Only 20 minutes walking from the city centre, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars with live music.



Located on the ground floor of a condominium with a shared swimming pool and terrace, this apartment offers unique and memorable moments to enjoy with family and friends.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove and all necessary utensils. The spacious living room has a television, free Wi-Fi, dining area and air conditioning. With capacity for 4 people, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed.



With tasteful decoration and furniture, all areas are spacious and naturally illuminated. This is the ideal location for exceptional holidays, close to activities for all ages, daytime and nighttime tourist attractions, hypermarkets and public and private services.



The swimming pool is temporarily unavailable.
