  • This charming villa is located in a quiet and privileged area of Albufeira, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and stunning ocean views.



    The property is spread over the ground floor and first floor and features five comfortable bedrooms, three with twin beds and two with double beds. The first-floor bedrooms offer sea views and access to furnished balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), ensuring comfort throughout the year.



    The villa has four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub.



    The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living and dining area. The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a double sofa bed, television, and indoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and socializing.



    Outside, the property offers a terrace with sea views, featuring a relaxing jacuzzi, a private pool with sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. On the top floor, next to the BBQ terrace, there is a mini fridge and a unit with cutlery and kitchen utensils, providing extra convenience for outdoor dining.



    Luxury extras:



    Heated outdoor pool: available from October to May, upon request with at least 3 days' notice and for an additional cost



    Outdoor jacuzzi: available for an additional cost. For more information about the price during your stay, please contact us.

    Please note that a professional will visit the property once a week to carry out swimming pool maintenance, water treatment, and garden maintenance.

Our group absolutely loved our week in these excellent apartment

Our group absolutely loved our week in these excellent apartment. The pool was perfect and we loved the stunning sea view from several balconies. The kitchen and table near the pool was great and it was so convenient having a supermarket so close. We all had a fabulous week and would love to return another year.

Great location , great building, close to marina, old town and local supermarket and restaurants. Pool large ,bbq area good with sun loungers all round. Great kitchen area. Good communication before and at arrival.

We travelled as two families, both with teenage children. A group of 11 in total.The villa was perfect for us in all ways. Size, location, cleanliness, facilities all first class. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa to other families.

Espetacular

A casa é simplesmente espetacular. Moderna, muito bem decorada e com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias perfeitas. A piscina e o jacuzzi com vista mar proporcionaram momentos de puro relaxamento. Modern house, very well maintained. Great spaces, with special emphasis on the outdoor area and the sea view, which were a must during our stay. We were two couples with our teenagers and couldn’t have chosen better. The surrounding beaches are stunning, and the area is super peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The customer support team is also very responsive and professional.
