Notre Damme Apartment

The apartment is situated in a nice condo nearby one of the most beautiful beaches of Albufeira (São Rafael beach 5 min walk) placed in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

This house is perfect for relaxing vacation due to the perfect private terrace surrounded by plants with BBQ and the possibility of dinning outside.

It's also well suited for those who want to be close from the best Albufeira has to offer like the Old Town ( 5 min by car) with local shops and a variety of bars and restaurants



This complex is ideal for families with children.The kitchen has everything needed for a balanced holiday. There is a balcony overlooking the swim pool where you can watch over your children. The whole house has air conditioning and all the necessary equipment.



The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



The complex has adult and children's swim pool. There is a tennis court upon availability. In the pool area there are several entertainments for children.

The pool space belongs to the Casa Vela Pool Bar and Restaurant. This restaurant is great for unwinding and having a good meal with adequate prices.

The complex also has a private park.

This complex is situated near the beach, in a totally quiet area suitable for tourists and people who like a quiet residence.

It is located 2 km from the old town of Albufeira.

The urbanization of this villa is located in a luxurious area of the city where the noise of nightlife and urban stress can not reach .There is a food shop about 10 minutes away where you can get basic products and essences for your holiday.There are many recommendable restaurants nearby. Marina of Albufeira is a 20-minute walk away.

There are a couple of beaches (S. Rafaf and Praia dos Arrifes) that you can reach on foot in less than 1o minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes.



There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away which can take you to the center of the city or to any other place in the city. At this stop still passes the tourist bus that passes through the main sites of our city.

This complex has a private parking.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
