Penthouse Miami is a stunning apartment with a private pool, enjoying a privileged location in the Montechoro area, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Strip in Albufeira.



This fantastic 4-bedroom apartment, located on the 13th floor with access by elevator and stairs, offers free internet and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The penthouse features 3 double bedrooms, one of them en suite with a shower, and one twin bedroom en suite with a shower. There are also two additional bathrooms with showers and a guest toilet.



The living room is bright and spacious, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the dining area while admiring the impressive views through the large windows.



The extraordinary rooftop terrace is the highlight of this property, offering the perfect setting for unforgettable moments. With a private pool for refreshing dips, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ ideal for family meals, this space combines leisure and sophistication. You can relax under the Algarve sun or enjoy a sunset dinner while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views over the city and the sea. Outside, there is also a bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your time outdoors.



Penthouse Miami is located in a magnificent complex featuring a shared outdoor pool and a smaller one for children, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Its privileged location offers easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops, bars, golden sandy beaches, golf courses, and a variety of leisure activities, ensuring an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Albufeira.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Die Aussicht vom Rooftop ist einfach unfassbar schön! Die Sauberkeit im Hause ist ebenfalls einwandfrei. Auf der Terrasse hätte ein wenig mehr das Auge für das Detail eingesetzt werden können.

Prachtig uitzicht

Het uitzicht waar je vooraf op hoopt bij een penthouse is hier werkelijkheid. Wij waren verder maar met twee volwassenen en dan is het heerlijk ruim met de verschillende terrassen en zitjes. Drie hele muren zijn beneden geheel van glas, met balkon, waardoor je continu de zon (of schaduw?) op kan zoeken en heerlijk de zonsopgang of -ondergang kunt bekijken of gewoon even over de stad of de oceaan kan wegdromen. De woonruimte heeft geen gordijnen en een stenen vloer en tafelbladen, waardoor het wel erg gehorig is. Iets dat bij een betonnen pand al snel effect heeft. 's nachts hoor je zelfs de liften ook als die op andere verdiepingen zijn.

Stunning views, good location, main living areas beautiful,bedrooms & bathrooms need updating.

We were a group of 8 , with the youngest being 15 years . The company staff were friendly and helpful, although the staff on reception downstairs could of done with cracking a smile once in a while . The main living areas were beautiful,and the views were stunning, the location was fine for walking to the main strip, and a taxi ride to the old town only took 10 mins, the bedrooms were a bit dated , and the bathrooms would benefit from a makeover, a proper shower in each would of been ideal . The pool area was great and we had lots of fun up there . We would definitely go back .

Great view, pool and so much space

I stayed in the Penthouse with 6 friends, when we first entered the appartment we could not believe that it was really like the pictures. The pool with view is sublime! And the rooftop seating area is very spacious, but do keep in mind that it's on the 15th floor so it can be a little windy up there. The appartment is used best when you are outside all the time, outside you have so much seating space for 9 people while when eating at the living room dining table there is just space for 8. The people that gave us the key were very kind and helpful. And another big plus is the fact that there is a reception desk downstairs, they helped us find the local postal office and called our taxi's. We really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend this home! Kind regards, Max

Great apartment - few improvements required

On arrival, we were met by Maria who gave us the full tour of the apartment. The safety deposit box had not been arranged however Maria sorted this out within a day. When you first walk in to the apartment you go WOW at the views. Very spacious living area with both indoor & outdoor seating. Modern kitchen with ample facilities. There's also a small cloakroom. Going up the marble spiral staircase, you find 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which offer lots of room with 1 leading directly to the pool area. All rooms are ensuite however the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment (quite dated). One of the smaller bedrooms also had a rather strong smell coming from the shower drain (covered it when not in use to reduce the smell). The towels were replaced once during the week which was fine. The lights stopped working in one of the rooms however after a phone call this was sorted the same day. The pool area was great, with sun beds for everyone however could do with more pads for them. Pool was cleaned twice in a week & was done to a high standard. The upper terrace had another kitchen area however it was very dated, as was the furniture. There was a barbecue to use however again it had been well used (not by us) & needs to be replaced. Overall, the apartment is fabulous. It's only a 10 minute walk from the strip where you can also get the train to Old Town & 15 minutes in a taxi to Vilamoura (approx €30 each way). If the upgrades were completed, we would definitely look to book again.
